Pink and Red Tricams are the best! I've got three of each. Then two of each for the next couple sizes. Didn't get into the really big ones. Love TCU's.

If you are using PVC for your conduit, you should have no problem gluing it together in the cold. It would help to use PVC primer on all the connections first. Makes for a better bond.

Since I just acquired 3 more units, I'm sure my stories will increase, though two are Sect 8 so at least I don't need to worry about collecting from them. It is surprising what people will try to get away with. One tenant's kid broke a window. Instead of telling me about it, they let it sit for two ...

As a rental property owner, I am never surprised by some of the stories I hear. They will always come up with something new.

According to a friend of mine who works at UK Hospital in their lab doing drug tests all day, she said that it is much harder to get the Sudafed out of liquids like Nyquil and gelcaps when it is mixed with other medications. She has said that meth is the highest hitter for her at work.

Hehe. That's funny. The way to tell the difference between a black bear and a grizz is to climb a tree. If it climbs the tree and eats you it is a black bear. If it knocks the tree down and eats you, it's a grizz. A comment to that map. I saw a mama and baby Grizz at Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexi...

I was going to mention the lift bags that we used in rescue situations. They are pretty strong and thick. Not sure how the would hold in a crack when pulled on. I did see how AAA pops locks though. They take these little air bags and slide them into the door jam and inflate them with blood pressure ...

I remember growing that my friends and I would tromp all over the woods behind our houses. We never got bit by a snake and never saw one either probably becasue we were too loud running around and playing that we scared them all off. Looking back I know they had to be close by because we would make ...
