I came back for an injury much like Meadows. I have to admit, I still have a fear, not of falling, but of what I will hit on the way down. Slabs really bother me, but I do them anyway. I guess the key is never give up.

For me, Those we learn from refer to something different. A couple of years ago, I had a bad lead fall that resulted in a broken foot. Since then, it has been a long road in getting my head right. At one point, I thought of giving climbing up because it wasn't fun anymore, just panic and feeling bad...
