Re: Anyone have a rental property for cheap?
Bump. Still looking for a place... Go talk to Michelle at Scenic Cabin rentals. The Office is inside the Daniel Boone Trading post. She is a climber and runs the cabin rental. I know they cut deals for longer stays so maybe you can work something out. It may require that you occasionally switch cab...

Do you have pics of the people? As a michigander, I will gladly execute them so they no longer sully our good name.

Re: Who got out on Sunday?
Climbed at Solarium and Arsenal. pretty good conditions, particularly on the right side of solarium. I did put my hand into a pond on Abiyoyo. The wall wasnt wet at all, but there was a pool in the waco jug near the top. The top of bundle looked a bit wet, but everything else on the wall was dry. Ar...

Re: Free 7 day trial of the new Rakkup app
So, the trial is active for 7 days once I get it, but how long do I have to download the free trial? I'm not going to make it down this weekend, but I will be down the following weekend and would love to give the app a try. So, if I can wait until sunday or monday to start the trial, I will be able ...

Re: News re Muir Valley
Ok, ok.... everyone put their dicks away. We are moving off topic. The webers have invested an enourmous amount of time, energy, and money into making Muir what it is today. Yes, it caters more to begining climbers, but it still houses lots of 5-star climbs for the big boys too. Because it is so hea...

Re: Camping - Miguel's? Lago Linda? Elsewhere?
Miguels is good as it's super cheap ($2/night/person), $1 showers, great food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) on site, free Wi-Fi. Plenty of picnic tables to cook on and a sink for cleanup. Very centrally located, within about 20-25 minutes of almost every crag. Some caveats are that it will probably...

Re: News re Muir Valley

Re: News re Muir Valley
Expenses HAVE historically averaged at $100k per yer. http://friendsofmuirvalley.dreamhosters.com/financials/ The question becomes if FoMV will be able to reduce those in the future. you are right on what they have spent, i didnt realize that. However, when you look at it, all the big ticket stuff ...
