I haven't confirmed yet but the affiliate program would involve a coupon code for our web site where 5-10% of the pur...

Have to keep your body close to the wall also, drop knees help with this and core strength. Some suggestions I...

I always remember top roping through draws, it was pretty much taught to me to be the correct method to top rope and going through the anchors was wrong. But I still haven't learned how to repel :/

Don't forget about changing your diet along with a good fitness plan, they go hand and hand. Together they offer an almost unlimited amount of progress where you don't get platued easly. I'd like to increase my lung capacity and heart beat...more blood more oxygen. To do this I'll use yoga (strong f...

I use bee pollen, honey, and royal jelly for recovery, endurance, strength, healing. Nothing beats a balanced diet, good rest, and a training cycle though. Creatine also affects the whole body, including the legs and climbers don't need anymore weight in their legs. Weight training is also non-speci...

Skin the Cat @ The Zoo

The route guide says the route is 65 feet long, I was wondering if that's right since it has 10 bolts + anchors? the route seems to goto the right a bit. Felt longer then 65 feet heh
