Question about starting an affiliate program

I was wondering who I would talk with to start an affiliate program between Bivouac Ann Arbor ( http://www.bivouacannarbor.com ) and the various organizations of the Red River Gorge. I haven't confirmed yet but the affiliate program would involve a coupon code for our web site where 5-10% of the purchase would be donated to the fund raising needs of the Red River Gorge.

Many of our employees (my self included) and customers have climbed at the red so it would be exciting to have an affiliate program set up. Also our web site is just relaunching so it may take awhile to get momentum going but I would like some contact information for when we are ready to hopefully start the affiliate program. We also don't have many products up yet, some camping gear and outdoor clothing but no climbing gear yet. We have the products at our retail store in Ann Arbor, MI and are currently working on putting them on to the site.
