Crash pads in Europe

Post by Dink Dink »

so once I get back to Italy me and the missus are planning on doing some climbing and bouldering in various countries, and while i haven't checked, I'm fairly certain that charges to fly with pads will be a bit on the expensive side, not even sure ryanair or the other discount airlines will take one. Any advice or suggestions? Also, what are peoples top picks for climbing locations? Especially in Italy. We've been to Arco and Lumignana, and a few other smaller places that I can't recall the names of at this moment. Some guy at Arco told me there was some bouldering down in Umbria somewhere, but I haven't been able to locate any info. Thanks.
