Hyperlink in Online Guide

Is it possible to add hyperlinks to other crags when they're referenced by another crag page? For example, the directions for Boneyard are:
So is it possible to hyperlink to Slab City?The trailhead for this area is located directly across the road from the trailhead to Slab City. Follow the trail until you reach a long set of wooden stairs. Bail left at the top of the first set of stairs. Routes are listed from left to right.
