Hyperlink in Online Guide

Is it possible to add hyperlinks to other crags when they're referenced by another crag page? For example, the directions for Boneyard are:

The trailhead for this area is located directly across the road from the trailhead to Slab City. Follow the trail until you reach a long set of wooden stairs. Bail left at the top of the first set of stairs. Routes are listed from left to right.

So is it possible to hyperlink to Slab City?

Not without doing it manually. I've got a big project going right now but that's a good idea.
