Wanted Weight Bench

Looking for a used weight bench. Would prefer a Bowflex type machine due to space factors but would consider something else. We just want a system with a decent amount of smooth flowing exercises and that can handle the height/body difference of Ames and I. Pm if you have one or know someone that may.
Thanks
Matt

Dude, you just need a chin/dip station, a few resistance bands, a medicine ball, and a few dumb bells. You can do crazy cool workouts with just those things. Even when I go to LAC or golds, I only use less then 1% of the equipment. I can hook you all up with a workout that will crush you, 35 minutes long, and targets everything you need.

Cool, show me. Still want some new equipment. When we had access to one in Lexington we used it often.

I don't even have that, but get a really good workout.

Recipe for crushing power:
2- 35lb. dumbells
1- Medicine Ball
1- Thing to do pull ups on
and various pieces of furniture

Key exercises for crushing, RUSSIAN CURLS, and plyometric ab workout.

Get one of those total gyms. The Chuck Norris thing. They work great for climbing associated workouts. They use you body weight as resistance. You get a cheaper knockoff on ebay for around $200. I just sold mine, because I'm a lardass.

Will do, no problem.

A pull up / dip station would be the best / only real piece of equipment you would need. Then just some odds and ends.

I spent a couple months with a personal trainer a couple years ago, and still have all the routines (10 or so, with maybe 50+ exercises), more then enough to keep you all busy for a while. Good stuff. I am not a fan of machines, they don't work the supporting muscles enough.

I lifted most of my life, but once I stopped with the weights, and started with the body weight, callisthenic type exercises, I noticed positive changes. Plus, I think those kinda workouts translate to climbing gains much better then weight training does.

also, i know the sports exchange in lexington has that stuuff. don't know their prices, but I would look for you if you'd like.
