I think I remember seeing bolted anchors at the start of Hot Licks. Can anyone confirm?

It seems like there is a bomber anchor after you traverse over there but I can't remember if there were bolts. Seems like there might have been a big ledge and a tree. This is just to trigger memories better than mine.

Ditto t bone's answer. Back in like '99 there was just a nut and a tree.
I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.
