Is this part of Bush's "Leave No Child's Behind" program?

It's actually "No Child's Behind Left" program.

Hey, that's not funny hacking on Lexington schools. Dammit. I'm a product and so are many fine climbers here in KY.

That would be hilarious to send to Jay Leno for Headlines... except it would give the US one more reason to laugh at KY... OK, laugh. It's pretty funny.

In Paintsville at Fazolis there is a sign at a parking space that says "for drive through customers only". I always got a kick out of that one, but this is even funnier!

It sure makes me glad I didn't go to school in KY!!

My favorite was a sign near the GE plant here. The street name was "Edison Ave" right below on that sign it read "no outlet" That was pretty fun.

So, as an Ohioian, I'm given to understand that KY is the state where "Education Pays". I'm left to wonder what it pays for. :?
I know that you believe that you understood what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

Oh, that was under the former administration. Our new motto should be where "Education is Second to salaries for political appointees" But there's no money left to re-man the signs. Seriously, the KERA system was gutted. No money left. Education no longer pays.

Didn't it just pay the politicians? I mean, what other explanation could it be?! Don't worry meetVA, those of us in KY wonder what it pays for, too.

I don't think that sign if from Lexington, KY. Don't think there is a Lexington Middle School around here (there are like 6 middles schools here). Funny none the less!
I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.
