ICQ

Hows come sometimes when I click on a subject in a forum, as that page starts loading, an "ICQ" icon pops up near the top of the new page?
Sometimes onthe top right, sometimes in the middle top?
I don't have or use icq.
If I click the icon I get the "download app." pop-up where Netscape will try to find the plug in.

I had the same thing happening when I viewed threads with people who have ICQ stuff set up. I set my firewall to block it since I don't use ICQ. I don't know another way around it.
