Private Messages sent to Meadows
What follows is Private messages sent to Meadows in private. I'll post them in order with commentary. I don't think that PM's should be passed around or posted. But, since she saw fit to do so, nothing but full disclosure is warranted.

This is the opening message I sent to Meadows
What kind of sell-out bullshit are you pulling? I thought Ray specifically didn't want advertisements on his site and here you go advertising for Jackleg at the top of the hill. What do you think that does for *? You gonna take money out of their pocket and food out of their mouth to endorse these clowns.
* have been there for the community for YEARS! If I were you I would take your endorsement off of that thread. You as a person who has an official status in the RRGCC endorsing ANYONE is WRONG!
How do you think this makes * feel? They've put in hundreds of hours without asking for anything! Then you not only don't endorse them, you slap them in the face by endorsing these idiots at the top of the hill.
Why would you do that?

This is Meadows response;
1. Lots of advertising happening on this site so the rule doesn't exist or Ray overlooks it. I skimmed the rules and didn't see it.
2. The Moores/Dickersons are not direct competitors to the *. The have a single dwelling that is far away and their business will mostly be different. While we hold the * near and dear, anyone can contribute to the RRGCC and be considered a sponsor. If we operated on your logic, we'd be hurting. And the Moores/Dickersons do in fact contribute to us.
3. My life isn't 100% RRGCC and my login here began as a member of the community and will stay as such. Any postings regarding the RRGCC, I post for the RRGCC not as the RRGCC. So, that said ... I can promote ANY business I want.
I'm sorry you're so jealous of the Moores, but please do try to direct your anger in healthier ways.

So they give a little money or put you up in a trailer for a weekend and thats all it takes to declare them officially endorsed, unofficially of course.

From what I gather from the previous statement is that you endorse them because they gave to the RRGCC. Now your saying that you are a free agent and you can endorse anyone you feel free to. Is that a paradox?
This is the truth in the matter. You are not overly talented as a climber. Your only claim to fame is that you are on the RRGCC board. So for a regular person on the street to give a quote on a private businesses website. It would have no celebrity behind it. Except for your position on the board.
It seems you want to use it as a bullypulpit. Thats a foul. You know it is.
If you had any Idea how to operate ethically you wouldn't have done it. But you don't understand ethics and propriety. So let me explain it to you. You don't stab long-term contributors in the back by giving an officially unofficial endorsement to one business or the other. Thats kinda a rule.
If you were on the board of a real charity that operated with integrity;
1) You never would've given the endorsement.
2) If you did give an endorsement unofficially. A real board would ask you to resign.

Your messages have crossed the line to harrassment. As a user of a business, I can do word of mouth advertising as I please.
And they've given more than a "little money". The RRGCC doesn't get choosy on who donates and does promote those who do, but that has nothing to do with the fact that I'm doing word-of-mouth business.
You're just jealous of them. You have a lot of judgment for someone who doesn't give himself. That's JEALOUSY.
And because you chose to ignore * words, I'm taking this as harrassment. You are NOT to send another message to me. Is that clear? If you have issues about the RRGCC, then you contact another member but you are NOT to contact me again.
I particularly think that this is telling. I give Meadows a logical arguement and I do it all in private. She sees fit to take my Pm's and pass them around. Thats a foul. I disagree with her in private and show her how her logic has flaws. She chooses to say that I'm harassing her. I think she did this so that she could go to Ray and try to get me thrown off of the site.
Be very careful when you disagree with the RRGCC. This could happen to you

This is my last post to Meadows. It was a few days ago.
If you think this is harassment then don't read it! This is a private correspondence between you and me. I'm not gonna make any of it public. I think maybe thats where I have pissed people off in the past, by not speaking to them in private. If you choose to read this, then its on you.
I say all that I've said to say this. I think its a foul for you to say as a CC member that you prefer one business over the other.
Just because you say its harassment doesnt make it so.
There were no more PM's after this. I figured that I made my point.

You made your point that you're a hypocritical idiot. Nice job.Clevis Hitch wrote:I'm not gonna make any of it public. I think maybe thats where I have pissed people off in the past, by not speaking to them in private. If you choose to read this, then its on you.
