thats not even a warm up.
Post bouldering work out 4-5 sets, sprint between each station, 4 minute rests.
1. campus: first set triple ups double downs, second two rung pull-throughs, third set bumps .....4-3-2-1 pattern, fourth hand over hands
2. six power pull ups=pull ups to your waste
3. dips to failure
Thats one set
Great for power and finger strength

swimming at the quarry. 200-400 warmup, 4-8x200 hard free. biking there and back if not too hungover adds ~10 miles. not really much good for improving climbing.
