Anyone know about old vynyl LP's? Wich ones are collectable ? Is there a website where I can sell 78's and 331/3 's? I got 3 boxes of stuff from the 60's and before from a client. Theres early bob dylan and beatles, show tunes, bach, Beatoven ,lots of stuff. most is in good condition.

I'd stay away from Ebay for vinyl unless you really know what it is you're selling- With a lot of records, one version is completely worthless, while a nearly identical album with only a slight variance, like only mono tracks, or a slightly different label can be worth big cash. I'd track down a reputable vinyl dealer and let him/her pick through what you've got- you may only have one real gem, (or none at all), but finding that one can be entirely worth the trouble...

Good point, but I would think it would be more likely to be ripped off by a dealer than by ebay. On ebau it seems more likely that more than one person would be aware of the true value and bid up the price. Anyone know of a local dealer that could be trusted?
