While the question has been answered that it is not officially for sale, the big question remains can it be bought? And so many more...

Now Piggy, you should just look at all the new crags that are open and the endless miles and miles of possibilities there are for new directions if we remain focused on positive things. The options are always open for those old low quality routes but look at all the new horizons. rjackson told me he could just feel things growing over by the sheep stall yesterday.

I just want to chime in here and say the Grant and John. Fuck you for buying and closing Roadside. Deal or no deal; you two seep pus out of your giant infected assholes. For you two oportunists to predatorialy buy roadside then offer the fluff "reasons" you did for shutting it down; THEN have the ass to extort money from the access fund to re-open it. Fuck you. You should have left it alone and we would have still been able to climb there to this day. But you couldn't resist. So FUCK YOU.

Cleavis, I think we can keep the discussion positive. I never really understood people who spend an inordinate amount of time in adversarial discourse with the ref on the futbol field. It is pointless.
I would like to see RS reopen. It was a well-managed crag with a couple recent trail days having been logged in by the community. The crusties who expect drip-line to cliff-line to look like it did when they first walked up to the wall back in the day are not being realistic. Climbing has absolutely no impact on most of the property. I am willing to do what it takes to pry RS back open.
