As a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation the RRGCC could not sell the PMRP for profit, it could only transfer the property to another 501(c)(3) non-profit.

I am having a hard time believing that a BOD member said that or if they did that they were being serious. In regards to money the RRGCC is accountable to the IRS (we file an annual 990 informational return) and IRS regulations. Any attempt to "abscond" with money would not only put the organization at jeopardy with the IRS, it would expose the involved Board member(s) individually to IRS penalties.

Those smileys - they have a real profound affect on me - strangely calming - strangely rational in some kind of .... unusual and remarkable way. I want to write a smart-assed comment but ...I can't - it's, it's the smileys. Those smileys - they're getting to me.

Well there Joe if you want to get into it.

1. My company was donating materials to the coalition. I paid for EVERYTHING out of my own pocket. I did this of my own free will, not at the behest of any BOD members.

2. I was not on the BOD when I turned you down. I was acting as a volunteer only, and as such it was my discretion who hauled what.

3. Yes I turned you down but I asked you to help in another way, but you turned me down. http://www.redriverclimbing.com/viewtop ... 11&t=13179

4. There was no way in hell I was riding in a truck with you for 4 hours, sorry to upset you.

Now, you wanna de-nail, load on your 16x10 trailer and haul salvaged lumber to the red? If so great, you can get it down there as you see fit. Just like I did.

Ha ha!! I know the feeling. There are some people you just don't want to sit in the car and have a conversation with, period... much less 4 hours. Sounds like hell on earth with this guy...
