This thread has had more resurrection's than Jesus...
In the future, one of civilization's major religions will follow the "Thread God" that was resurrected multiple times from death. Nobody can prove the thread actually existed, but rumor of it has persisted for thousands of years. It is clearly devine.

This thread really has been resurrected a lot. I still have not read Barker's book yet Matt. Have you read the NT yet? I plan on taking a vacation sometime in May. Maybe I will get to it then, if I am not climbing or riding the Harley, but I promise that I will get to reading it one day.

My name is not on the papers, but I ride one of my Dad's. My family is Harley crazy. My little brother works at Louisville H-D, and rides a 883 that really has about 1300+ cc under the tank (about 120 horse to the rear), off the line it will beat nearly any sport bike out there. It can't beat sport bikes on top end, but he has outran GSX-Rs and Ducattis from light to light.
Dad has four classics, but at any given point he always has one of them broke down. He has '55 Panhead that is broken down right now that I am supposed to be helping him rebuild, but have not had the time to put into it, yet.
I ride a pan-shovel. It has so many different year parts on it that there is no real year. It has two different frames that have been welded together to make one frame. The bottom end is a '56 and '58 put together. The heads are part pan ('56) and part shovel ('80). Both cylinders are dual plugged. I can't remember what year the transmission is. Strait pipes with no baffles. Loud as a Banshee. It has something near 90 horse to the rear wheel. Heavy, but still quick on take off. At about 70 it will start to beat the crap out of you though.
It is a lot like Cash's Cadillac. Dad put it together one piece at a time (and I get to enjoy it).
