no problem andy...

if you have to tram in to grab a draw, now that is steep. if you can rappel, and continue the swing by kicking off the wall, that is merely a bit over hung. if the chains on Group were like those at the Red, then by god, no one should ever rap off. there would be no reason to, since it is not steep. it is an easy clean on rap.

Are you talking about the little black kid from that '80's T.V. show? What the hell would he know about climbing?

No. It's like saying exactly what I said. Or, if you must, it's like borrowing a car for a long trip and getting the oil changed before you give it back.
Only if YOU are the one replacing the anchors. If you just tool around TRing through fixed gear and say, "I'll give a few bucks toi whoever wants to fix them after I'm done trashing them" then it wrecking a community resource when preserving it would make more sense.

Have you ever heard of LOW IMPACT?

Then I guess it isn't like what you said in the first place.

If you are willing to replace worn hardware with high quality materials, then feel free to lower off the anchors. Hell, lower off with a diamond encrusted steel cable.
See. I never said anything about TRing through them.

I guess the main point has been lost on you. If people are going to lower off the anchors (and they will), then they should be willing to replace worn anchors or at the very least be willing to pay for them.

LOW IMPACT. Oh, do tell.
