We have a legal limit as well. If you are still under the legal limit they can still ticket you with driving under the influence. If you are over the limit it is a driving while intoxicated. The states suck choclate covered creme puffs... We have a ZERO tolerance program for anyone who has had their license for less than 4 years. See......if you have to blow in the breathalyzer, and you show ANY amount of alcohol...your license is taken.
However, the legal limit otherwise is 0.08.
