jeopardize access? you mean access to the land that we own as free men?

closing of all national forests was a ploy. plain and simple. it worked, but it was a ploy none the less.

Pretty sure "free women" own some of that land, too. Just a thought.

Maybe some of the true patriots in our climbing community could purchase some land and form a group akin to the Montana Freemen ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montana_Freemen ) to manage it?

Isn't that what the RRGCC and Muir Valley is doing already? Thanks to those two groups/people, we still had lots of places to climb. Now we just need to support them with our donations, etc.

Thanks for the support steve - I know both the RRGCC and Friends of Muir Valley will put donations to good use! But I don't think the RRGCC or Muir Valley will ever want to manage land ala Montana Freemen! Armed standoffs aren't really our thing.
