Training Regimen for 2010:

January-September:
30 pack a night
5 egg omelets for breakfast
1 large jar of peanut butter for lunch
1 pound of pasta for dinner (enriched with riboflavin)
climb 5 routes 5.10 or lower 4 days a week
traverse with 10 pound weight vest for 30 minutes 3 days a week.

October:
1 bottle of Beam 4 nights a week
2 egg omelets for breakfast
No lunch
1/4 pound of pasta for dinner (whole wheat)
Train one arms/lock-offs for 1 hour 3 days a week
Boulder/Powerband for 2 hours 3 days a week
Climb 10 routes rated 5.11 or lower 4 days a week

November:
Drink Water and Beam interchangeably throughout the day
1 pack of saltines spread throughout the day
Climb only 5.13/5.14 first ascents 7 days a week. (especially search out those with red tags)
