i've been trying to loose weight but its hard. most of my extra weight is the muscle in my legs from cycling a lot when i was in my early teens.
I've been reading The Self Coached Climber and trying to use their methods. lots of long endurance sessions (trying to traverse for 45 minutes continuously).
Getting on harder routes. I've been doing my 11 project for the last couple years which has kept me off harder stuff. I need to step it up and get on harder stuff and start working routes if i want to get into harder grades

Sand inhibits the production of toughtosterone, so get it out and send.
Losing weight, of course, trying to stick to my P90X schedule, which I've had success with in the past. Climbing on my treadwall a lot more, I've done a mile a month for the past two months now, all overhanging. Lots of visualization, and remembering what a bitch I felt like when I got spanked on an .11b last year.

pretty much what you said 1down.
built a woody and its steep so just trying to hang out on it as long as i can. steeper than most of the climbs i climb acytually so i'll have few to no excuses.
graduating and getting more money and time to climb. joy.
being pscyched and trying to stay motivated to climb.
getting pumped up because it seems like lots of you folks are really into the training game which has sucked me in as well. mainly because if i don't step it up i won't be able to climb with most of you. not that that is a bad thing mind you.
climbing more consistently now that i don't hjave to pay for a sub-par gym.

Jumping on harderstuff stuff for the hell of it, trying to keep up some regular training, eating better and most importantly, in order to get what I want out of climbing this fall I have to remember why I'm out there in the firt place, and that even a shitty day of climbing would have been better than sitting around watching the super bowl. I really just want to spend as much time at home as possible this year, and get on as many routs as possible and even climb with chuffers like anticlimber.
