revolver- really good movie, it keeps you going even after you figure out the big secret on your own early on in the movie.

I've never been much of an Eastwood fan, but Gran Torino is a really fine movie, and not to be missed, especially if you've ever known a crusty old man from the WWII/Korea era. Soon they'll all be gone.

Agree on the old crusty guys who lived through history. Torino' is a modern version of Unforgiven', with an old guy hero this time in town.

The Wrestler. Seriously good movie, though not the feel good hit of the year. Would love to see it in Black and White...

Shortbus is not for the prudish members of the board but I thought it was a fine film with a great soundtrack and Yo La Tengo did the score.
