Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist. The plot is pretty standard, but the actors and the dialogue are great! Really funny, and really cool.

Anyone seen Filth and Wisdom? It's directed and written by Madonna and features one of my favorite bands, Gogol Bordello. I don't think it would be playing anywhere around here, so maybe I'll have to wait for the dvd.

Schwagpad: FYI, another great movie that features the lead singer and a few songs from Gogol Bordello, as well as a great character played by Tom Waits (my personal favorite)
Writs Cutters: A Love Story
Watch it with your girl though, its not really a chick flick but I wouldn't want to watch it with a bunch of dudes either.

Ditto on Control. Joy Division was my favorite band when I was younger. I actually had the cover of one of their albums painted on back of my black leather jacket. Horatio kind of dances like Ian Curtis too.
