Side note - the link to show bam's hummer being tossed (as should every other hummer) over a cliff, fails to load. think of the recycling possibilities (6 tons of metal, at least 1/2 ton of rubber...) Call captain planet, he's our hero.

i think steve has been around the longest as he and ascentionist (too many aliases to list) were the first to register on the kywilderness forums besides the admins. way to go steve-o!
Thanks to everyone who has had a hand in creating a little spot on the web for all of us to hang out, vent, and waste time. You can crack all the jokes you want about the internet and message boards, but I think this site and all it's predecessors gave some semblance of a climbing community to the Red River Gorge.
I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.
