Philip Galls had Caddies the last time I was there. That might not help you though.

I just bought a Cadillac at Quest Outdoors in Louisville. Had a 20% discount coupon so it was well worth it.

Black diamond bog harness is great for really big whippers and free soloing.

I rack up with my cams and stoppers on a shoulder harness and my trad draws on my harness. Anyone have a recommendation for me to narrow the search? Pros/cons? I'm asking because I'm a one year old noob and you know better.

If you're only one year old, theres probably not a harness that will fit you.

I rescind this statement. My harness is starting to show signs of wear (if you climbed with me this weekend, I probably made this all too clear... sorry about that...), so I've been trying on new ones. The new BD Chaos sucks. The gear loops have been moved so that the waist strap you double back hangs over them and seems to get in the way, the strap you double back looks/feels way too flimsy for my comfort, and the back of the waist is way too thick and rides too high on your back. Others may not feel this way, but I definitely won't buy the new version. Shame they didn't leave a good thing the way it was. I didn't realize how much I love my 5-year-old Chaos until I started looking for a new one.

Anyway, that rant aside, I'm looking for a new harness, and hopefully someone has some recommendations. Here are my requirements:

- Non-adjustable leg loops
- Non-flimsy double-back waist strap that does not hang over the gear loops
- 2 drop leg straps, not 2 that join together as 1 in the back
- 4 gear loops that are stitched to the top of the waist belt, not the bottom, and sit at my sides, not at my back (like the original poster mentioned the Corax's do)
- 1 haul loop in the back, preferably made in the same style as the gear loops, not a loop of fabric stitched on

I'm such a picky little bitch. :) Any suggestions?
