Wanted Weight Bench

I use two 5 gal. buckets turned upside down and a 2x12 for a bench. That and 2 - 15, 35, 55 dumbells = total body workout.

lol, no luck yet. finger and toe crossed. i have a bunch of free weights laying around and just a basic bench. really want the overhead stuff for lats and chest. my goal is by this time next year not to be able to hide behind a rhodo.

Man, the only exercises you need to do are twelve-ounce curls and the burger lift. I substitute buffalo wing turns for the burger press though. It seems to work pretty well, but it doesn't do much for endurance.

I heard that is the workout Fred Nicole does, and look how hard he climbs. Maybe sik is on to something.

:D Well, look at it this way, instead of a puny ol' six pack, you will be carrying around a full keg! And you can ask chicks if they want to drink from the tap!
