Heres the real beta...makes it way easier. Actually, probably more like 10dish....and totally static.
Hand traverse out the shelf....when you reach the end of it....press off your right foot and put your left foot BEHIND you to an offset in the finger crack. Drop knee with your LEFT. You can statically reach the jam...it'll be right in front of your face. Get the bomber low jam with the left hand....get a good higher jam with the right, and do the same thing with your legs....drop knee your LEFT off the fingercrack. You can reach the fingerlock static. Then its easy....
