If they banned falling everyone would just have to onsight everything.

your intentions..
honestly, is this rule really going to ruin your weekends? and if it is, you need to rethink some things..

Yes. Intentions. Very good. So, unless someone has installed an intention detector at the cliff, how would you ever know that it was a victory whip or a fall - unless it gets advertised.
The rule wouldn't ruin my weekend. I'm just attempting to show that it's not really enforceable upon those that would choose to ignore it. But, thanks for your concern.

Well seeing as one doesn't normally fall at the anchors, I think it would be pretty easy to tell.

it's not rule intended to be enforced. it's intended to be respected. so it really comes down to this: do you have the respect for the weber's? if you don't, you shouldn't be there in the first place.

I think wes did that last week when he fell at the anchors on an onsight attempt and earned a chorus of "You suck!"

yeah, I've heard that more than once. my classic maneuver to to onsight/flash to the clipping jug and then fall.

I wasn't at the anchors, but had already passed the "one more move and you got it" point. A well deservered "you suck", no doubt.
