Friday: climbed and set boulder problems for 12 hours (until 3:00am)
Saturday: climbed and helped to judge the comp, then climbed some more
Sunday: watched the Colt's game at my sister's house (we don't have our tv hooked up since we are never home). Then bouldered at T-Bone's house.

Sunday night: endured a 12 hour long migraine from hell and called in sick to work due to unbearable pain in my head. Just woke up about an hour ago... still have a headache, but much better now. I hope that it diminishes before I go to the gym in a few hours...

I climbed for the first time in 19 days. I had the flu, then threw out my back. :( Being 31 can suck! My back was still sore, but it was nice to be pulling plastic again.

Being 31 can suck!

You ain't seen nothing yet! I wish I could remember being 31.

I climbed most of Saturday, then had a wonderful date with my wife that evening. Sunday, went to church, played around at home that afternoon and then picked my son up from the airport Sunday night. His plane was late and didn't get home until 3:30. It's nice to have him home from India.

Junior and I went over to solar collector and found a few dry routes. We got on mona lisa overdrive and then went and did Broken Chicken Wing and Rebar. Two stellar routes. I highly recommend it to all the trad junkies out there.

Stewy-- Riptide Ride around the corner (to the left) of Rebar is really cool, too. I don't know how dry it stays, though.

Does today still count as the weekend if you climbed, rather then worked? If so, then Sunday was a killer day at roadside - came inches from sending Wild Gift, and experenced real, actual pain in my forarms for the first time from a route.

Today wasn't nearly as nice as yesterday, but I was still climbing in a t-shirt, just not standing around in one. Worked out the moves (and even more important, the kneebars) on Reliquary. Think I can get it next time. Maybe. Tore a hella flapper the last go.
