I'm actually kind of ashamed of myself for doing this, but I can't help it. It's just too much fun!

Hey Larry, those were a lot of cool potential route names that you just threw out there!
I particularly liked: Conquistador of The Crumbly and Trekker of The Treacherous!

There's Nothing Like Whiskey to Make Maidens Frisky
A "must do" for the name alone, right? The ultimate RRG trad adventure - longish approach, river crossing, generally unknown location, three pitches lead to the top of the cliff. What a pile. I learned all kinds of new techniques, like just how small of a laurel branch or blueberry stem can support my body weight, or how to use the top of a pine sapling to brush the debris off of potential footholds without having to bend over (every hold was excavated at least twice - once for a handhold, and again for a foothold).
I have to believe that Ted Roll and I bagged the second ascent of the second pitch. A second ascent of the third pitch will have to wait for a party with poorer judgement. I don't want to disclose any more details lest I spoil the adventure for future suckers.
Captain Static, I'm not surprised by this crazy Cudkowicz stunt, but what the hell was wrong with YOU?
Next stop: Tarr Ridge to do Brain Damage.
