I really just want to spend as much time at home as possible this year, and get on as many routs as possible and even climb with chuffers like anticlimber.

Am I getting all "its not about the numbers, I just want to climb for fun" on your asses. Yeah, probably, but don't let it fool you piggy, I'm still going to crush malice within 3 goes.
it IS about the numbers Kramp....3 burns my ass.....

Bouldering 3-4 days a week where I have been cycling between 3 weeks power and 3 weeks power endurance. I have also been running 20-30 miles a week, which helps to stay fit. Did an outside race running race for the first time yesterday,. It made me realize that after 5ish months of only treadmill running, that outside feels a little different. Also have been trying to make sure that I do at least 3 core workouts a week.

Seems to be working, sent my hardest to date route last weekend. A 40ish foot power/ power endurance beast that I have had draws on for six months. I am excited to get to the red in March and see how I feel :D

I don't know that this season will see any of my best sends, but I'm working my ass off hoping I don't get any worse. And the hell with losing weight, I'm just trying not to gain any! Man it gets harder as you get older.

Seriously - Working out 5 days a week, strength, cardio and core. And getting outside as much as possible.

(1)Switching from beer to whiskey is big on my list.
(2) I wanna stick with the team motto," With training comes strength, with strength comes confidence, with confidence comes success!"
(3)Climb hard but not take it so seriously and forget to have fun!
(4) swim everyday
(5) Catch a state record bluegill at the secret lake.
(6) bounce John Henry on my knee every chance I get. Play Dora with Lucy!

Your wall worked great my first year in WI, then we bought a house and I upgraded to the attic

I used all the wood from your old wall, plus quite a bit more. Thanks again.
