None, zip, zilch. I thought I was gonna try, then I looked into it. Yoga in its "class" form bores my core strength, and if I want to get more flexible, I'll just stretch harder. The warm ups and hard stretches we did for gymnastics make Yoga look as physically difficult as Scrabble. I can get twice the effect in half the time if I'm dedicated to doing it...

Yep, love it. I can't get into the tapes, but I do a class once a week or so. The class I do is a hot class. I honestly don't know for sure if it helps my climbing, but man I sure feel a lot stronger if I have been doing yoga consistently.

I love it but haven't done it in a while. Starting classes again next week. The cool thing about yoga is it can be a purely physical practical or a spiritual practice, usually a combo of both - all depending on the type and teacher. I like the mix of both. Yoga is pretty much all about breathing - the rest is easy.

The plain old yoga is...not for me. But Yogalates kicks my butt (and abs) once a week, and is pretty darn relaxing. Love it!

I think power yoga is beneficial. Haven't tried any others.

Most people think of yoga only as the postures. It is much more than that.
