Just popped in my old Yoga for Dummies DVD tonight and was reminded how difficult and therapeutic yoga is. Do you do it?

Yoga? I can't bend over to tie my shoes half the time, or see my shoes for that matter.

A few weeks ago I put my leg behind my head and my back ached for a week. I guess I need to get the "Yoga for dumb old farts" DVD.

Pilates: 2-3 days a week... I know it's not the same. My wife likes Ashtonga (sp?) Yoga... I can't complete the Ashtonga video because of all the laughing about the instructors ultra serious tone of voice.

Funny coincidence. I just started doing yoga again after a year absence. I have a couple of yoga for athletes videos and I am trying to do each one once a week.
