Ok, I know all of you are top-notch, world class climbers, lucky enough to climb on world class red river sandstone. But you cant climb all the time, so what do you occupy your non- climbing time with? Legitimate activites only, drinking doesnt count. If you only climb, and do nothing else...good for you, but youre not as accomplished as you could be.

From Kentucky ;o)
I'm really into perennial gardening right now (the past few years). This time of year I'll frequently spend 15+ hours/week gardening.
Don't know if you consider cooking a hobby but it is to me. I go in and out of cooking phases where I'll read tons and tons of recipes and cook 1-2 hours a few times a week.
I go in and out of running and road riding phases too. I used to do Poi and I'd *really* like to get back into that again too. I guess all my hobbies just take a back seat to the more important one at the moment.
So many things to do, so little time...

Does he have a strange bear claw like appendage protruding from his neck? He kep petting it.
Martial arts are good. Several years ago I started taking Tae Kwon Do to improve my climbing and 3 years later I had a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido as well as lower level belts in several other martial arts. It was great for developing increased flexibility, balance, coordination, focus, and power.
Lately though it seems like my hobby has been getting into arguments on redriverclimbing.com.

What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.
