Hey all-- it's been mentioned that the salsa club isn't in the best part of town-- is there another place that's good for dancing that's in a better part of Lexington, or are all the strongwomen going to have to be ready to protect the men? :P

whimp...it's just a bunch of Mexicans they may stare and make comments but they are terrified to touch American women...I guess I don't have problems since I tend to show up with a cute Puertorican (sp?) chic.

wow. did you really just write that? odd, i usually thought people who went to salsa clubs were at least a little bit culturally sensitive.

i don't know much about the club but before we all shy off we should sleuth a little more about it. however, dancing is dancing...the universal language of love.
I know that you believe that you understood what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

It wasn't the club itself, but the area it is in, that was mentioned as being questionable. What with Meadows' recent shitty run-in and all, I thought it would be a good idea to avoid areas like that. But hey, I guess some people will take any opportunity to brag.
