Oh, that sucks. I'm not in the injuries forum alot so i wouldnt know...im to young to be worrying about injuries... :mrgreen:

I am absolutely guilty of typing too much :oops: but the forearm injury was the result of an altercation with a car. The car won. :oops: :oops:

I thought I told you that you have to work up to those kind of things Sandy. Start with walking first, then work your way up to running :)

And I hear that the Golden Splint winner is heading out "really soon". Is this so and how does it feel to head back out to the rock. </fake commentator voice>

prognosis unclear on that front, unfortunately. More rehab might be in the cards, and a roadbike to stay off the insanity. Though the injury potential with this new toy is mind-boggling. :shock:

Remember that your climbing brain bucket doesn't work to well as a bike brain bucket, and that you are just another annoyance to the drivers out there. Be watchful and alert out there.
