Search capabilities on Memberlist

With an ever expanding list, is it possible to add a function that will allow us to type in search criteria (member name, location, etc.) instead of looking at page after page? I know there is a search capability to find users who post, but some don't post or there are other criteria that I need to refine the search (i.e. today I was looking for someone who's username I forgot, but I'd remember once I looked up all the people in his location).

did you set up the memberlist to sort by location?

yes, but i still have to go through each page until I find the city or state

the member list is fuct. It doesn't stay sorted for me anyway, and there is no way to search it. Maybe with the next revision of phpBB it will be better, but we aren't installing any mods until that is released.

Meadows, for now you will just have to find your stalking victims the hard way.
