inspiring women of the RRG
I know there are many women climbing in the red that have not been mentioned that pull down and have excellent attitudes. It's awsome to have them around, they make it alot of fun. It's nice not being the only girl out there! So, Whitney, Kate, Amanda, Magarita, Angi, Melissa, Josie, Janie, Sherrel, Jen (aka Wanker 1) and everyone else who's out here every weekend (or as often as possible) rocking the house you're great. It's inspiring to watch these girls crank and show everyone this isn't just a guys sport!
No diss on the guys, You're great too!!

My parole officer won't let me climb unsupervised with women 8) but I did climb in a group that included Leah and another time with Joy. They are very supportive of old gumby's; My friend angel83 was also very inspirational climber and more so after her fall.
I try to be a good man but all that comes
of trying is I feel more guilty.

There are so many women climbers at the red that climb hard.
All of them have earned my respect and I am very thankful that I have been able to see some of them climb and have been inspired by them.

We're all in this together

When I went to pull up this thread I was wondering, "When is somebody going to mention Margarita?" I have known her since she started climbing and was amazed at how quickly she progressed and her dedication to training. With her background in ballet, she is very knowledgable in sport physiology and has helped me with many pointers in climbing technique and how to address injuries.
