Shame the Whipper
This most recent weekend whipper posted on Rock & Ice http://rockandice.com/videos/weekend-wh ... 5-12a-rrg/ displays a shameful show of disrespect for everything the Webers, FOMV board members, and MV developers have put into making climbing possible at the Muir Valley Preserve. The poster of the video apparently works at Planet Rock and one would think that they would know better. What penance sayeth you should they pay for this shame?
"Be responsible for your actions and sensitive to the concerns of other visitors and land managers. ... Your reward is the opportunity to climb in one of the most beautiful areas in this part of the country." John H. Bronaugh

Banned from Muir until he serves his one day penance of endentured servitude helping me replace worn gear and bolts in the valley.
Alternatively, one day hammock patrol or perhaps 50 lashings from PAS used as a man thong.

Sentence is Servitude, 6-8 hours of service. They both need to be collected.

Mandatory trail day participation?
A requirement to give a 20 min presentation about Rules of climbing at Muir Valley at Michigan gyms?

Write an essay about how if one of them had died, it would have affected people other than them, such as:
- the Wolfe Co. Search and Rescue members who had to put his body in a bag;
- the police office who had to explain his death to mom and dad;
- the Muir Valley climbers see their $10 parking fees go to paying more liability insurance instead of maintaining the property.
That's just a start. These guys were stupidly selfish.

I agree with community service. Next Muir Valley Trail day. They should also apologize for making Michigan climbers look bad. We get enough shit as it is.

That was a cool whipper. Looks like they are having fun. Shame, shame...
Lena do you think 20 minutes is enough time to cover all of Muir Valleys rules???
