Re: new routes
Just wait for the new guidebook--it should be out in a couple of months.
Re: new routes
When you submit a route it takes all the info and sends me an email with the content. I usually take about two weeks to input the data because I'm lazy when I'm not getting paid, I have a career, I'm in school, and I like to climb, drink beer, watch movies and drill holes in rock.
I don't allow people to submit their own routes because if I did every route would be five stars and the descriptions would sound like either a Dr. Seuss book or an orgasm.
There's nothing stopping anyone from starting their own website. This site only costs me about $60/month. The programming for the online guide was pretty heavy but I had some great help from Paul and Yasmeen. I just ask that you don't copy/paste route descriptions from my database into yours. I watch for that stuff and send takedown notices to site owners when I see it.
Another option is to just post the data to any of the other sites which allow for user input like Mountain Project or Rockclimbing.com.
Toad4556744356677, you are probably right.

I'm to blame. Sorry, Shadow.
