Vegan by Choice?

Post by pigsteak »

For those who are vegan or any of the offshoots that limit meat consumption, any tips on getting started? I find myself really enjoying dead cow and crispy pig, but would like to slow down on those protein avenues.

He's more of a facebook kinda guy... always smugly posting up photos of his vegan delicacies and what not.

I havent had meat in over twenty years. Am almost vegan - like pizza sometimes is about the only milk I get. There's really not that much to it.

enroll in a college with a terrible food court. I have had no problem staying away from beef and pork since I came to school. Once you break that 2 week barrier its really easy and you can get very creative. I recently picked up chicken again just because its so good on the Forman.

Try out this website. It has lots of good vegan recipes that don't require a lot of effort. The raw tacos are great. http://mynewroots.blogspot.com/2011/07/ ... iesta.html
