Hey!
I for one am stoked to have Philz in neighborhood.
This morning I figured out a way to tow my mountain bike with my Goldwing. Now I can park the motorcycle at the top of the hill ride the mountain bike down the M.L. hill and enjoy some badd azz mountain bike trails without having to worry about someone stealing my motorcycle. Plus, knowing there was a ice cold Ale-8 waiting for me gave me what I needed to make it to the top as I strained to push the bike up the last half of the hill. Maybe before winter I won't need to push it but right now I have a long way to go.

That was all there was to it.
I drilled 2 holes through the Yak mount bolting once through the hitch ball hole and once through an additional hole to keep the mount from pivoting. When the mount is allowed to trun, the bike will not track but falls over.
I did a few test runs around the parking lot hitting every chug hole we had and then took to the road. Even at speeds up to 70 mph I couldn't tell it was there. I already heard all the comments about wearing out the tire and wheel bearings. I kept the speed at 45 or less, (most of the time), and was able to tention the bungee cords on the handle bars to lessen the weight on the rear tire so I didn't trash it. When I got to Philz Snack Shack I felt the rear axel and it was not hot at all. I don't think I'll go out west this way, but going to RRO or the PMRP to try out the new bike trails shouldn't be any trouble.
