Outside of the local economic impact in Powell, Wolfe, & Lee Counties those climbers travelling to the area frequently stop in places like Lexington (Fayette Co.) and Winchester (Clark Co.). Those travelling to the area by air via the Lexington or Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky airports are spending major dollars including car rentals. If you want to write to the State I would encourage you to send an actual letter to to the Secretary of the Kentucky Tourism Arts, and Heritage Cabinet with copies to the approriate Agency heads as follows:

Unfortunately, the website itself doesn't mention climbing as far as I can tell, and even the caption on the photo of the climber reads:
"Experience Mammoth Cave, Kentucky camping and more."
I suppose any press is good press, but I wouldn't mind seeing them actually promoting the Red, as opposed to some other part of the state...

Specifically, I would like to see them promote the businesses and climbing guides in the Red more than the Red itself. People who climb already know about the Red. Both the Red and the people who don't climb but would like to do it once (and bring their tourism dollars to the region) are more served by connecting the tourists with the guides directly.
