A fresh foot of cold smoke at Bridger today. Too bad I had to work, but it's still snowing and I'll be there in the early a.m. tomorrow. Video: http://www.bridgerbowl.com/mediagallery ... 010/01/23/

Wow, that was beautiful! It reminds me of this one time I went to Mt. Charleston with the Manimal. I was chuffing my way up this road in my free-heels and skins and he was already to the top. In fact he was coming down, straight-away. He landed in the road bed in front on me with a huff! Upon impact he was gone again in a spill of powder. Off between the trees. I mean between the trees, too! Big ones with deep wells around them. The kind you could fall into and spend all day trying to get out of.
I got to the top and un-skinned, locked in the heels, and chased after! What a rush! :o

Today started off pretty slimy at Left Flank, for sure, but we still managed to have a blast. Then, by 2:00 the rock was pretty much dry at both Left Flank and Military. It turned into a great afternoon. Really glad I got out of the house, especially since the forecast for the next week or so looks pretty dismal...

We hiked past Washboard Wall, Sanctuary, Indy Wall, Hideout, and Solarium. Solarium was possibly climbable on the right side. We found two routes left of the main part of Indy Wall that were dry. Also did the right side of Sanctuary.

yes, we are hiring at my place of employment!!!
www.northernlightstrading.com
AND when you work here you get a free shop pass to Bridger Bowl, Moonlight Basin, if you are into nordic skiing then Bohart Ranch and we get half off tix for Jackson, Targhee, and Big Sky.
and wyoming is close, so you can still get some good rock climbing in!

too good to be true. such a tease. do ya'll manufacture/design? cause i've been really disappointed in the latest generations of 'activewear'...are you in Cody then? there's that
cool two story place downtown that had great deals...lots of log interior work? anyway,
if you want some feedback on the ways that current gear (mostly clothing) is inferior to some older stuff that has stopped being made...an odd occurrence..Boulder Gear, Moonstone, Yosemite or Teton gear...good stuff long gone...Columbia is a monster but there gear generally sucks. Patagonia/North Face/Marmot....just curious-

god i hate the part of me that thinks i'm too old and too tied to a mortgage. hate. :)

oh-
