I have climbed Whiteout many times with my rack that only goes up to a #3. Hexes work or a double set of cams up to #3 are plenty. Make sure to take lots of shoulder runners.

There's one spot about 3/4 up the second pitch that takes a blue tricam better than anything else.
No chalkbag since 1995.
