route at roadside...?

last time i was at roadside, i walked around the right corner by c sharp b flat and saw a cave with a really long roof crack and bolts. one of the bolts had a sling on it. does anyone know the rating or name of the route and why it is bolted when it is so close to the ground and should just be a boulder problem?

I wouldn't really call it a crack. That thing looks like a pile though. The only way to get horizontal at the Red (without the holds breaking) is to climb any of it's many incredible roof cracks or go to the far end of Bob Marley.
