umm wouldn't teaching one or two people to belay (takes 3 minutes tops) and have two or three people back up the new belayers. then one person climbs and the others give encouragement and beta. Seems team building to me??

you could have everyone fuck each other in the ass (girls using strap-ons of course). the group would be ashamed and broken, and they could all swear to never tell another soul. then they could climb on the wall a little bit to take their minds off of their sins.

it went well! thank you for all the help and suggestions.
I took a combination of some ideas and tried to incorporate a little bit of all....
They did some blindfold climbing with each other and also an acvity where they were all tied together and had to boulder across the wall through hula-hoops and etc, while each person had a different ailment (ie. blind, mute, weighted etc.)

Thanks for all the help and ideas!

I look forward to doing the next one with a little more time to prepare and improving on my "teaching" and activities. thnkx
