The most courteous city is Pittsburgh, followed closely by Portland,
Ore., Seattle, Minneapolis and Cleveland. New trends and road rage triggers
for 2008: drivers talking on cell phones, eating, drinking, texting and
e-mailing.
It's a running joke at my workplace - anytime somebody gets lost or falls off a cliff in a drunken stupor - "they must be from Ohio". I think some of the college/drinking crowd gives the other Ohio residents a bad name. I have family from Ohio who are great.

Nah, I am more literate than most buckeyes I know. Can't be that...I still think it goes back to that condescending attitude and the assumption that Kentuckians are illiterate. There are morons in every state. And Ohio has a larger populaton than Kentucky so there are more idiots
Once again, how smart can you be to live in a state that everone vacates on a regular basis?

Awesome statement!
You'll also notice that 9 times out of 10 that the people who expire in the RRG are not from Kentucky. And believe me, the proportion of Kentuckians that roam about the area drunk is probably as high as from any other state. So that is not a deciding factor.
